By subscribing to any paid plan on projectplanner.ai, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
ProjectPlanner offers the following subscription billing options:

ProjectPlanner offers a free plan with no credit card required. No charges are applied to free plan users, and therefore no refunds are applicable. If you are on a free plan and wish to upgrade, please review this policy before doing so.
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that date, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. No partial refund will be issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
⚠ Important: Unused time on a monthly subscription does not carry any monetary value and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
We recognise that annual subscribers make a larger upfront commitment, and we honour that with a fair cancellation and refund process.
If you cancel your annual (prepaid) subscription, you are eligible to receive a prorated refund for the remaining full calendar months left in your subscription period, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds are calculated based on the number of complete, unused calendar months remaining in your annual subscription at the time of cancellation. Partial months are not refunded.
Refund Formula: Refund Amount = (Annual Plan Price ÷ 12) × Number of Complete Unused Months
Example: You purchase an annual plan for $120 on January 1. You cancel on April 10. You have used January, February, March, and a partial April. The unused complete months are May through December — that is 8 full months. Your refund would be: ($120 ÷ 12) × 8 = $80.
Even on annual subscriptions, the following are not eligible for a refund:
To request a refund for an eligible annual subscription, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Cancel your subscription from your Account Settings page under “Billing & Subscription.”
Step 2: Send an email to billing@projectplanner.ai with the subject line: “Refund Request — Annual Plan.”
Step 3: Include in your email: your registered email address, your account name, the date you subscribed, and the date you cancelled.
Step 4: Our billing team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Step 5: Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

We reserve the right to grant refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in genuinely exceptional circumstances, such as:
Granting an exception in one instance does not constitute a waiver of this policy in any future instance.
Upgrades: If you upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower-tier or free plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the price difference between plans for the remaining period.
All refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. ProjectPlanner is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank. Any applicable taxes or duties paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as these amounts are remitted to the relevant tax authorities.
ProjectPlanner reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice within the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
