How to use Project planner in your business

Project Planner software helps you keep track of your team’s progress and communicate with everyone. It’s easy to use, and is accessible using your web browser. The steps to managing your project online are simple.

1. Create a project and assign someone to it

2. Get Work Reports

You can see how much time has been spent on each task in the project by going into that task’s details screen. Tasks are listed in chronological order, so you can look back at work that has been done before or look forward at what needs to be done next. You’ll also see how many hours have been spent on each task, which is useful if you’re working with clients who want to know exactly how much work has been put into their projects, down to the hour.

3. Track your progress

Once you start receiving work reports from your team members, all of that information will be stored in your project’s Work Reports tab. This gives you one central location for tracking progress and getting work reports. You can measure staff performance based on the tasks completed and visualize the performance rating as a percentage.

How it works

One of the most important things you can do to keep your business running smoothly is to make sure there’s a clear plan in place for each project. When you have that, you’ll be able to monitor your progress and see where things are going right or going wrong. Project Planner is the tool that helps you stay on top of things, so let’s go over a few things about it:

First, you need to create a project before you can assign tasks to your team. The project will be given its own page on the website (as well as an email address and many other properties), and can be named anything you want. Then, when your team members finish their tasks, they’ll submit their work reports through that same page—and since everything is sent through that single location, it will be very easy for you to keep track of everything.

Once the project is created, assign tasks to your team by clicking on “Assignments.” This view lists all available assignments in chronological order with the most recent one at the top—this way, you know exactly what has been done recently and what’s still left to do. You can also see how long it’s been since each assignment was completed, which can help you determine if any delays might exist.

Benefits

When you’re planning a project, it’s important to keep all of the various components in mind. As you start to flesh out the various parts, it can be difficult to maintain a high-level view of how they fit together. A web-based project planner allows stakeholders to set up projects and tasks within the system and then track the progress of each task throughout the life of the project. The interface is available online and can be accessed from anywhere there is internet access—and because it’s web-based, this means that there are no software installation costs or IT support required to maintain it. One of the most useful features of web-based project planners is its integration with email, so that users can easily send out updates about their individual tasks and projects for everyone on their team to see. This helps ensure that everyone always knows what stage things are at and what needs to happen next, so that delays or other problems don’t creep up unexpectedly. Another great feature is its flexibility—it can be used for anything from simple daily tasks like writing an article to more complex endeavors like organizing your wedding or remodeling your kitchen. It’s even possible to use web-based project planners for business management purposes—for example, if your company has several ongoing

Introduction

SMBs are so excited about the latest technologies because it gives them the opportunity to be more competitive in their industry. There are many different ways for SMBs to get involved with these technologies. The first is through adopting new technology that can help them improve their business processes, increase their efficiency, and make them more competitive. For example, they can use social media marketing tools that help them find new customers and keep them in touch with the company.

Another way that SMBs can use these technologies is by adopting new software programs or applications that will enable them to track customer data more effectively. This will allow them to see how their products are selling on a daily basis so they know what types of products need to be made or if there is a market for something new. A third way that SMBs can use these technologies is by upgrading their computer systems so they can access more information faster than before.  Here is a brief discussion on the tools that your business should look for to remain competitive.

Cloud computing

technology tools

Cloud computing is a way of storing, accessing and processing data and applications over the internet. This means that you don’t have to pay for hardware or software in your own building, but instead use remote servers based elsewhere.

Cloud computing is one of the modern technology tools that have been around for quite some time now – it first appeared back in the ’90s with companies like Amazon Web Services (AWS) offering their services to customers who wanted to run applications on their computers from any location around the world. Nowadays there are many different types of cloud services available which can be used by small businesses as well as large corporations.

Smart phones

Smart phones have become an essential part of the business world. They are easy to use, and they can be used to access data remotely. The main benefit of owning a smart phone is that it allows you to make phone calls, send emails, access social media and the internet—all things that were once only possible with landlines or desktop computers in your office!

Accounting software

If you’re a small business owner, accounting software is a must. It can help you with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, tax preparation and budgeting, cash flow management and much more. Accounting software is an important part of any business’ operations but it’s not the only thing that matters when it comes to running your company efficiently. The most important aspect of managing finances well is having good knowledge about how things work so that problems can be avoided or resolved before they become big issues for your company financially.

Project Planner online

Online project planner is a software tool used to manage projects. It helps you plan, organize and track your projects, allowing you to see at a glance what tasks are left to be completed. Project planners can help you stay on top of your work, make decisions and keep track of progress. You can use them to create various reports that show how your business is doing, as well as generate budgets for each type of project.

VR and 3D Printing

3D printing: 3D printers allow businesses to prototype products quickly, cheaply and easily that would be too expensive or time-consuming otherwise — but there are also many other uses for this technology besides just prototyping new products! You could use it for rapid prototyping (making quick changes) on existing designs before committing them into production; you might even consider using it as part of your marketing strategy by creating custom signs or advertisements based on customers’ feedback about what they like about their favorite brands/products etc.

Conclusion

From the smallest businesses to the biggest, SMBs are the ones that keep the economy moving, and they’re responsible for nearly 70% of all new jobs in the U.S. And because they’re so important, it’s important for them to be able to make a splash with their technology tools. That’s why we created Project planner, a tool dedicated to helping small businesses expand and cut costs through advanced technologies. We believe that small businesses should be able to have access to cutting-edge tools that help them grow their businesses, no matter what size they are.

Project Management Tools

Project Management tools are software used to manage and track projects. They can be used by individuals or teams working on a project. The software allows you to create tasks, deadlines and schedules. Project management tools help you keep track of your projects, including the status of each task, who is doing it, when it is due and how much time was spent on the task. It also lets you assign tasks to team members so that everyone knows what they need to do and when they need to do it by.

When choosing a project management tool for your business, make sure it meets your specific needs. One may ask questions like; Is there a mobile app? Do you need a tool that can be used across multiple devices? Is it integrated with other apps (such as email)? What features does it offer? Can you customize them?

Project Planner

Project Planner is a tool that helps you create Gantt charts and visualize your projects. The tool is available as a web-based application or as a desktop app for Windows and MacOS. The software lets you create and manage your project schedule, add milestones, assign tasks to team members, track time spent on tasks, create reports and more.

The tool offers several features that help businesses plan their projects in an efficient manner. It comes with features like task dependencies, resource leveling & utilization tracking, cost estimates, resource capacity planning and much more. The dashboard allows you to view completed tasks in one place along with planned dates for tasks so that you can see what needs to be done when. You can add multiple projects into the software at once, which means you don’t have to open multiple files separately to view all the data needed for each task.

CRM

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a system that helps you manage your customer data. It can be used to track the details of leads and customers, their interactions with your business, and the history of your relationship with them. CRMs are often used as sales or marketing tools to help you create and manage relationships with your customers. The most common use case for CRM is customer support, but it can be applied to almost any aspect of your business. Some examples include Sales tracking, Marketing automation and Lead generation and sales funnel analysis.

HR Systems (web-based)

HRMS is a software application that is used by human resource departments to manage employee information. This software allows HR professionals to view and edit employee information, such as benefits and payroll data. It also allows them to track time off requests and absence management, manage training records and maintain tax-related information.

Human resource management systems (HRMS) are typically part of a larger suite of business applications that includes payroll, timekeeping and other HR functions. An HRMS can be used for a number of different purposes, including:

Online leave management tools

Leave Management software is a program that helps companies manage employee leaves. It is typically used to track and manage the leave requests, approvals and accruals of employees. Leave management software allows businesses to save time and money by automating the process of tracking leaves and ensuring that employees submit all required documentation before taking a leave of absence. The software can also generate reports that show how much money has been spent on leave accruals. The benefits of using leave management software include:

Reduce paperwork – Employees no longer need to fill out forms or submit them manually; everything is done electronically through the system. This leads to fewer errors in data entry, which saves time and reduces costs associated with correcting mistakes.

Increase productivity – You can work more efficiently because you don’t have to worry about missing information when processing requests for absences or when requesting approval for time off. The system will keep track of all your employees’ absences and let you know if there are any problems with their requests (e.g., they don’t have enough time left in their PTO bank). It also lets you approve or deny requests quickly without worrying about making mistakes or running into compliance issues related

Financials

Financial management systems are designed to help manage the financial health of your business. This can include invoicing, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll.
